Результати навчання: During the course the students will consider the following topics: Verificationof a company'sactivitiesincompliancewithanti-corruptionlegislation;Verificationofcomplianceofpersonalpropertyrightswithanti-corruptionlegislation;Development, implementationand/orimprovementofpolicies, procedures, andcontroltoolsforpreventionofcorruptionandfraud;BringingexistingpoliciesinaccordancewiththelegislationofUkraineand/orinternationalandcorporatestandards;Verificationofcomplianceandstructuringofcross-bordertransactionsinaccordancewithinternationalanti-corruptionlegislationandstandards (FCPA, UK/US BriberyActs).
