Theo Pauthonier is a German-qualified lawyer focusing on international arbitration. He currently practices as part of the Dispute Resolution practice group of an international law firm. He holds a licence en droit (University of Cergy-Pontoise), a LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law (Durham University) as well as a Mag. Iur. (University of Düsseldorf). His interests include constitutional law, international investment law, public international law, and international commercial arbitration. During his traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Regional Court of Mönchengladbach, he also worked at the German Embassy in Lithuania.
