Пріоритети діяльності на посаді президента НаУКМА

 

Програма базується на:

  • Стратегії розвитку НаУКМА на 2015-2025 рр.
  • Візії Могилянки як:
    • університету, який є носієм ДНК України та зберігає національний дух;
    • університету, котрий формує особистість – високоосвічену, національно свідому та небайдужу;
    • університету, у якому дослідження та новітні наукові розробки покладені в основу навчального процесу;
    • університету, у якому освіту здобувають чесно, а рішення приймаються прозоро;
    • організації, в якій панують повага і увага до кожного.
  • Вірі в те, що запорукою здоров'я та життєздатності університету як організації є співпраця викладачів, студентів і співробітників для досягнення спільної мети, включно в умовах он-лайн навчання та спілкування.
  • Усвідомленні, що конкуренція за найкращих викладачів і студентів є глобальною.
  • Розумінні того, що он-лайн навчання не може замінити очне навчання, але (а) водночас сьогодні у прискорені темпи воно стало невід’ємною складовою світової університетської освіти, (б) що така форма навчання має позитивні і негативні наслідки, серед останніх - певне ослаблення зв‘язків між здобувачами освіти та їхніми університетами та (в) для мінімізації таких наслідків необхідна розробка системи відповідних внутрішньо університетських заходів та комунікацій для збереження генетичного коду та особливого духу університету.

  • Визнанні, що в умовах пандемії спільнота НаУКМА потребує максимально можливого соціального захисту та захисту трудових прав, покращення умов праці, підвищення надбавок та інших виплат, в першу чергу для спеціалістів кафедр, деканатів та співробітників інших «адміністративних» підрозділів НаУКМА, а також реально працюючої, прозорої та зрозумілої системи підтримки.

  • П’ятирічному досвіді роботи на посаді президента НаУКМА.
