Levko Lukianenko visited Kyiv-Mohyla Academy

Co-author of Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine had the lecture with Mohylianka’s students:

“Citizen is a person, who feels the responsibility for the future of the country. A slave is devoid of this quality. Slave is a person, who sells its ballot”. Levko Lukianenko says that political activities, membership in non-governmental organizations and responsibility have strong influence on the future of the country.
