Results of the Student Scientific Project Competition Supported by Arterium

The Competition of Scientific Projects for the Kyiv-Mohyla Department of Natural Sciences is organized and supported by the Arterium Corporation. This is one of our constant partnership programs aimed at stimulations and development of innovative initiatives among our students.

At this year’s final session three students presented their projects:

• Daria Iarynka, 2nd year Master student in Molecular Biology – Development of Bionic-Based Sensor Systems for Zearalenone Detection

• Ivan Poliovyi, 2nd year Master student in Laboratory Diagnosis of Biological Systems – Specificities of Composition and Structure of Cell Membrane in Apostosis

• Oleksandr Nikulin, 1st year Master student in Chemistry – Syntheses of Functional Nanoparticles of Magnetite and Their Polymer Nanocomposites

All three projects were approved by the Committee. Anna Iegorova who sits in the Committee as a director of Arterium Corporation University stressed the high quality of all projects and the great level of motivation in each participant.

The Academy is grateful to the Arterium Corporation for a fruitful partnership!

We also invite the other companies to join in and support our students. Such cooperation gives a great opportunity to detect perspective young researchers already on the level on their studies and to develop the scientific potential of our country effectively.
